Christmas is coming up. I finally finished my shopping and i just have a few more presents to give out. I just hope that my friends like what I got them. At the moment i have a present off one of my friends that is the same size as me. I think i might have an idea of what it is XD .This year i'm having christmas at my brothers house, so we don't have to worry about cooking turkey and such, and then were doing new years at PMT's since it was at my house last time. We finally broke up from uni this week, and was told that i was making vast improvements on my art, i just have to work a bit faster so that I can get a better end result. So I can finally get on with making cosplays. I was curious, with a year of cosplaying coming up, what are other people planning? I was wanting to plan some groups but I don't really know enough people to get one planned.
i've been playing Spirit tracks recently, it's actually really good I've got into it a lot more than i expected I thought it would just be a quick fix game until the release of the new wii zelda game. I got the box set version , so i have a nice tin and some cute figures.

Thought bubble was awesome! It was much better than i had expected. I thought it would be rather small, but it was a bit like expo. One big dealers room and an area sectioned off for pannels. There was also a lot more cosplayers than i had expected to be there. We kept our cosplay low key because we thought that there wouldnt be many, but there were tons. I took my Yosuke coat an Junes versions that originaly were for october expo, but since I wasn't able to get down there I just left them until I could go to a new convention.Unfortunatly since it's been folded away for a while the iron on patches had started to fall off. I kinda wish I had taken a better one though, mainly because the Cosplay Fever guy took my photo for next years book. I'm hoping that i don't look too shabby in the photos.
I maneged to get some good info to help me with my essay though, and the best part of the day was when i met the sonic the comic artist and he drew me a picture of Knuckles XD I use to love STC and Knuckles has always been my favourite character, so I was very happy.
We made a few new friends aswell, so all in all a very sucessfull day. Definatly going back next year, and next time in better costumes. AND A BIGGER GROUP

I've got to that stage in my work now that I just want to get the projects over and start a new one. I'm kinda getting bored of them and how much tiem they are taking up really I wanna be getting on with making cosplays. The problem is I can't really do my work at home, so i'm just wasting my time most of the time rather than actually doing work, so it's taking longer that I wanted it to. I'll just have to spend all next week in college until the work is complete, then I can actually use my spare time more productively.
GENRAL
Thought Bubble on Saturday. I hope it's gonna be fun. I'm guessign that the main part of Leeds will be unafected by the bin strike since there is a fayre on in Leeds currently aswell. If anyone else is going down I'll see ya there.
Nearly christmas. I'm getting exited I was worried a few days ago because everythig I was going to buy for my friends have sold out, but I think I have found some solutions.
I finally got round to completing final fantasy xii after having it since it came out in Japan XD I don't know why some game take me so long to complete. ar-tonelico 2 only took me a week. Now I want a new pirate based game

after christmas i'm gonna be getting to work on my cosplays. if not I'm just not gonna get them done in time. I have quite a few things planned for next year, atleast 3 groups planned 1 ball gown and 2 masqurades. I still need to get all the groups sorted out and actually ask people to join

Channel 4 are doing a whole week of 3D programming form the 16th november. You pick up your Amber blue glasses at Sainsburys stores for free and then sit back and watch things like Deren brown in 3D.
I got a few pairs myself today. Sounds like fun Also is makes the cloud that ame-chan sits on on the web page look very strange.

Well it's halloween today. I got the sweets ready for the kids. Were having a small Halloween party tonight. me and my friends are doing P4 cosplay, mainly due to not having any other costumes done in time. Were curently trying to decorate the house to make it all spooky then were gonna go buy pumpkins.
Is anyone else doing anything for Halloween? going to any parties like the one in hyde park?
I still have a bit of uni work to do before I go back so I guess I should do that tomorrow. I kinda dont wanna go back now. I want more time off to get cosplays made. I haven't reeally had any time this week, and I dont have much time off at christmas either, so i can see i'm gonna run into trouble trying to get all my costumes done this year ( maybe i Shouldn't have chosen so many XP) Well as long as I get my ball, masqurade and the one for the group i'm planning then I should be alright.
on another note. I going to thought bubble neer the end of next month in Leeds, butI keep being told there is a bin strike on in Leeds. If the streets are filled with bins will thought bubble be canceled? or even worse , will I have to battle past giant rats?
I kinda have to go , because it's part of my essay reserach totalk to comic artist from all countires, and since i missed expo this is probably my last opotunity to talk to them in time for my essay being finished.
well gotta go to town before we go to the party.

anyone gonna be going to thought bubble in Leeds on November 21st. Me and my friends are planning on going since we can't go to Expo. Not sure exactly what we are gonna cosplay as Probably Persona 4 or Monochrome factor since there is not much time to get any new ones done.
I was just wondering if anyone else was going and if you guys wanted to meet up if you are going. It sounds like there is gonna be a few intrestign things thought the day, and also i need to go for uni research (my favourite project so far. I get to go to conventions as part of my work)

Hey guys, yes i'm still alive. This is my first time posting since I got my new PC. I haven't been able to post at college due to it being locked out, but I've finaly got back to posting here.
I don't really have much to talk about, just same old.My brother got married and I was a bridesmaid. I went to con. I'm into my second year at uni. Just finished my first assigments, adn now I'm on to my 5000 word essay on graphic novels in modern culture. Still trying to do lots of cosplaying. Ayacon was amazing, had loads of fun as it was the first time Team chance were there as a whole group. I'm already planning for next year adn as soon a i get the chance to get to the material store i will continue with making cosplays.
so whats everyone else been doing all this time?

Just got back from London and I had great time XD. I think we have more or less cleared London out of all it's good stock XD my friend came back with abotu 15 anthologies. I'd rather not think about how much I spent so I'm not gonna, but I finally got my Hatsune Figma model and a Rin Nendoroid. I absolutly adore London i'm hoping to go back again soon. I also got invited to Expo, but Unfortunatly my brothers wedding is on the same day, so I had to turn it down. Oh well just a small update today really. College again tomorrow I really don't wanna go back, even though i love Maya. I just know that i am falling behind and all I want to do now is finish off my costumes

yeasterday I went to get my hair cut. I thought I might not be able to get in becauase of all the snow. thursday all trains and buses had been stoped so i thought it might be the same , but luckily It had brightened up. PMT ans Zirco were supose to be staying with me while i had it doen, butu i took 3 hours so they disapeared off to get food form the all you can eat, while I sat hungry. I had a depp conditining on my hais and had it steamed blown dry and straightened. My hair look so lovely that by the time it go to cutting it i didn't dare, so I just had the ends trimmed off for now. It ws supose to be half the length so that I could have it texturised (chemicaly straightened) and then layred for my brother wedding and so that short wigs liek Hiruma's wig can go on without much fuss because curren't it's a nightmare to get so much afro hair under a wig, but there is always next time I'm just happy about having nice long hair.
Of course the town where I live feel differently about my hair. Honestly I thought If anyone ws to say anything it would be a chav, but on this time I have to say that they were actually polite and not one said anything odd. The only people that did were two little emo knobs in KFC. I was really hungry because i had not ate all day and it was getting on for 6 I had alreay had a bad morning with getting practicly no sleep,forgetting my wallet and ...other various things(right girls) so I wasn't really in the mood to listed to someone be rasict, not only rasict but inacuratly rasict, hwo the hell do I look chinese ( for anyone who is curious about my origins I'm brittish london born and my parents are brittish so I'm pretty much brittish.my granparents were from Ireland and barbados, but definatly not China) if ther is one thing that annoys me more than rasicm, it's inaccurate racism. I can't stand people that feel the need to shout rasict remarks at you that don't actually even relate to you. if they are gonna insult you they could atleast get it right.
so after a while longer of liftening to their insults about me and my friend and chicken being thrown at us. I calmly stood up walked over smiling adn through my drink over one of the boys. too bad I didn't have two then i coild have got them both. really I shoudl have felt some kind of moral victory from this, but all i coul think was how I had made a ness and the poor KFC staff were gonna have to clean it up and not know why it was done.( the boys had been only talking to themselves so everyone else in KFC probably thought i was just a psychopath, but because we were sitting next to them and they were talking quite loud we could here everything they said) however they rally deserved it and in a wasy it's lucky I had a drink as I was in that bad of a mood that the next best thing was my shoe smacked across his face, and my shoes are pretty heave and I have a powerfull arm swing natually, when I'm exremly pissed off it most likely wold land him in hospital( and i don't like being violent well apart from that time I attacked that guy when he was blatently stalking one of my friends woth obious ill intentions )
but now it's the next mornign i am jst happy i have nice hair and while it's not as straight as it was yesterday, it is still relativly straight. I don't know what straightners they were but I want a pair, they were definatly better than my GHD's. I think thay cost a bit though, but if it makes my hait this easy to maneage then I will but it with my loan and work to put the money back from ym college supplies. the hair only cost my £30 aswell, it cost my sister £60 and her hair is not as long as mine. I have a longer while till my brothers weddign so I will go again a few times before then. i need to get my hair into better conditon before I get it texturised. they may even advise against it because my hairis actually really thin i have noticed. i always thought it was quite thick, but now it's been straightened I can see that it's not actualy that thick. it was just very long and coiled, so It might not be best for me to get it done.
but if it's not being texturised, then I will just go back for the sae treatment before the wedding and before con so I can have easier manegable hair. for once in 21 years i can actually say that i love my hair XD.
i'm going to London soon. me and PMT are going to see the London transport museum as part of a project we are doing at Uni, and at the same time we are gonna go to some of out favoutire stores in the west end. I'm just hoping that the snow is all cleared up by them so we can get up there and are able to get around London. if we were staying in a hotel it woudln't matter about using the busses or tube, but we are staying at my dad's and he lives way out, so we need a tube to get into to London central. i just hope it's all cleared up for us. I t can snow all it wan't after we get back.

I love snow XD I decided to take the day off because I din't want to chance geting stuck at Uni, and it turns out my hunch was right. They closed the uni and college about an hour ago, and the busses had stopped running. Luckily my friend and classmates got a replacement bus put on, I just hope she doesn't get stuck in town now. however if she doesn were just gonna go pick her up and get soem KFC and come back here until someone can pick her up even if that means staying overnight XD.
now back to play in the snow

I've came down with a horrid sickness bug this week that I caught off my sister. I'm hoping I am better for saturday because I have to go to work. If I am too bad though I am gonna have to take the day off. I don't wanna pass on my ilness to everyone, and I wanna be well for christmas. At the moment I've just been eating loads of Vitamins, lemsip and halls sothers to maek me better, but I cant sleep at night, which is starting to drain me.
Oh well I can use this time to get to work on cosplays. My Hatsune Is almost finished. I can't wait XD. I should be using this time to draw my 2 A2 concept fantasy art pieces that are in for first week back after christmas, but i'm too lazy. I also could really do with catching up on bleach and other shows that have been on hold for a while

I'm starting to get in that festive mood now. I really can't wait till christmas this year. I have some ideas of what I might be getting, but i'm not sure XD eitherway I think this will be our best christmas so far. For my group of friends it's our thirds year together as friends and so we have all bought each other some rather special gifts. I like beign able to buy things for people and actualy knowign that it will bring a smile to their face. To me , buying the presents for others is more special than reciving them. My greatest joy comes from teh happiness of others. an i realise I''m starting to sound really corny, but I do love to see how happy gifts make people.
Tomorrow is the first day of present exchange. it's probably the last tiem we will see our friend Chain until christmas, so we are giving her her presents tomorrow. PMT is getting hers later because it's easier that way.

I WON A WII
today was the world first tokyopop mega recon event and we had decided we would help out gophering. I liked the idea of gophering, we got to get there early and talk to everyone and stand on the door stamping everyones hand and giving out gooddie bags as they came in.
We got to have some free sushi from a place called hotel sushi. It was really nice, but I think i was the only one without bits with wasabi in XD. Me zirco and PMT did our monochrome factor cosplays which seemed to work out well for being gophers as we were the regal dressed ones. Although the cosplay competition took forever to start it was really fun. In my opinion I think the sakura cosplayer should have won as it was by far the best, but I'm glad that it was atleast the tokyo mew mew girls with their really nice well made costumes that won rather than gothic lolita girls who just basicly bough a random dress from blue banana and then flirt with everyone to get votes.
but the best part of the day was the end when Chain won a manga, Purple minty tea won the art competion with her exceptional piece of art and I won the quiz competition which I won the Wii.
Apparently I got all the questions from the gaming section right. The guy was so happy that I got the vagrant story question right. I was the only one to get it right YUS! another one for girl gamers
so now I have a spare Wii, but I know exactly what I am going to do with it XD

Anyone else been ridicously bored these holidays (obiusly excluding Ame)
I don't know if it's just con blues or the fact that I just am genuinly bored, but I just cant concentrate on one thing. I want to work on my cosplay, but I have no cash and even the things that I can make at home I just can't think of where to start. I know I haev a whole year to get ready for the big con, but I know that if I don't start soon I will again end up with no costumes to wear.
but anyway. What is everyne doing for halloween. Anyone trick or treating in cosplay? I think me and my friend are gonna do some cosplay trick or treating,staying up late telling spooky stories and watching Japanese thrillers. i am thinking of cosplaying Road form D.gray-man, becaus e Halloween is neer, and I already have the majority of he costume from ages ago.
Also I don't think I will be making it down to London. To get cheap tickets I need to book in advance, but I have no money at the minute to do that, and I also haven't secured a place to sleep yet. So it looks like we might be missing out on the Expo again although I have been told it was only a 1 day event this year anyway, not sure why but apparently there is no sunday expo this year.

I kinda can't wait to go back,but I also don't want to go back. I'm so bored at home it will be a welcome change, but It's been so long since I used Maya I don't think I remeber how.
The Bleach 2nd movie I ordered should be on it's way now. I will have paid it off this week. Even if the movie is crap I don't really mind. It's part of my colection.
Hopefuly I will be getting monochrome factor 2 and 3 soon. There has been so much fuss around the ordering in of volume 2 that I hope I can get it soon.
I still haven't recieved my course details. i was told they were beign sent out this week, but it's now the end of the week and they are not here. There are still some things i don't know about the course yet, so I wish they would get back to me soon. I need to still have confirmation from the student loan company too. I'm hoping tehre are no problems with it, so that I dont' have to have it sent back at this late stage.
It's not long now until the recon at our college, but to eb honest I'm kinda aprihensive about going. I know I want to go to have fun, but I don't know if I can be bothered with recons anymore. I think I may have been to too many. There is also the possability that calender will turn up, and I don't really wanna be on the local news. I'm wonderign if it is worht going to. I know I'm not the only one who is gettign annoyed with it.
I guess I just want to go to expo at the moment, and thats all i'm bothered about currently.

| Brides maid dress shopping is exhausting |

I spent all of yesterday doing something I never usually do, trying on dresses. I was exhausted by the end of it. Although it didn't take too long to actually find the dress I will be wearing. It's quit a nice dress too. I don't know exactly what it will look like since they didn't have it in the right colour, but I have a good idea of how it will look.
not long now till the Manga night... well manga day really. I already have my cosplay sorted out, but I haven't had time to make my prop yet. I'm going as Maka, so I need to make my giant scythe. I was going to make it for Amecon, but couldn't afford to at the time. So hopefully I will be able to this time.
I'm still hoping aginst all the odds that I am able to go down to London for the October Expo. I can't afford to go down and stay in a hotel,so I relyign on my dad to let me stay there, However I think he is away that weekend, so I might not be able to go, which is a shame because I really didn't want to miss it again.
at the moment I have Zero cash, but Once I pay off my debt for the bleach second movie I ordered, then I can start on making new cosplays again. I think I better start with the Akutabi Gamma first. I still have no Idea how to make to sword con safe, If anyone knows how to make giant con safe weaponry please help. Were also planning a guilty gear group for next year. so far we have May, A.B.A and Baiken. I'm not sure what my other friend is doing yet. I think maybe briget, but if anyone wants to join is we would be more than happy to have you.
